Rules Official IWRF-rules:
  • 4x8 minutes per match
  • 0.5 bonus points for female players
  • players must have an official classification
with the following modifications:
  • 7.0 points per team
  • tied score: "Over time with golden Goal": The Over Time is started with a tip-off in the centre circle. The team that is the first to score its 3rd goal (Golden Goal) during the over time is the winner of the match. There is no additional time out for the overtime. To deal with possible penalties the clock is set to the maximum possible time (e.g. 99 minutes) at the beginning of the overtime. The clock is operated as usual.

A registration only becomes definitive when the payments for the entire team have been received on our bank account.
The total amount must be received on our bank account within 21 days after registration, otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

Bookings and payments for the StayOkay Vondelpark for the dates mentioned above are handled by the tournament organization.

For all other dates you need to contact the StayOkay Vondelpark yourself.

Usually the StayOkay Vondelpark is fully booked in June. Please take care that the right number of persons is specified at the registration form. The organization can not guarantee that people that apply after February 1, 2011 can stay in the StayOkay.

The bathroom doors of the unadapted rooms are narrow (58 cm) in the StayOkay.
Players can also have a shower in the sports venue. The sports venue has accessible bathrooms and the tournament organization provides shower wheelchairs.

 
Referees

Each team must bring at least one referee.
The team must cover the travel expenses for the referee(s).
Referees don't have to pay the tournament fee and they can stay without costs in the StayOkay Vondelpark on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In case the referee stays in another hotel, we will refund 45 € per stayed night with a maximum of 3 nights.
Every referee receives € 15,= per match.

Should a team not be able to bring a referee, a € 300,= penalty is charged.

Table Officials We ask each team to bring at least one qualified table official.
Table officials receive € 5,= per match.
We cannot guarantee the assignment of an individual table official to specific games, times and courts.
 
Transportation

For teams arriving by plane at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol), we will arrange transportation. Please send your flight and accommodation details as soon as possible.

All teams staying in the WestCord Fashion Hotel and StayOkay Vondelpark can use our shuttle service to and from the sports venue on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday.
